BODY: FITNESS EVENTS

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

$70/HR

A one hour personal training session that will focus on developing a clients ability to build strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance while using functional exercises, weights and resistance training.

GROUP TRAINING

$45/PERSON PER HR

3 or more persons in a group performing various exercises, concentrating on muscle endurance and flexibility and cardio endurance.

BOOT CAMP

$30/PERSON

An adult group of 10 or more persons exercising with various equipment such are tire flipping, battle ropes, kettle bells and medicine balls. A team building session to create a positive environment.

YOUTH SPORTS TRAINING

$50/HR

Individual & Group sport specific speed training, agility training, strength training, and endurance conditioning training to build up elite athletes.

YOUTH HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL COMBINES

$50 - $100/ATHLETE

Specific platform for athletes to be taught how to enhance their speed, strength, and agility through various sport testing drills. The athlete’s results from the various testing drills will be available to all colleges for recruitment.
